Where Darkness Meets Adventure

Race / Bible War Guide

Race / Bible War Guide

Every Sunday the three races storm the Holyland of Adam to steal the Blood Bibles from enemy castles and enshrine them in their own sacred altars. It is the largest open race war in DarkEden — and the only way to earn permanent Shrine Signs.

Schedule Sundays at 19:00, server time. Global announcements are broadcast 20 minutes and 5 minutes before the war opens.

What is the Bible War?

Twelve sanctuaries are spread across the Holyland of Adam. Each race keeps its own Blood Bibles enshrined in its castle — and every race wants the others. Capture the Blood Bibles stored in enemy castles, carry them across the battlefield and enshrine them in your own sacred shrine. The race that controls the most sanctuaries keeps them until the next Sunday.

While you carry a Blood Bible you become a walking target:

  • Damage +50% — the bible empowers its carrier.
  • HP regeneration is halved — healing is slower while you carry it.
  • Teleport is disabled — no waypoints, relics or fast travel.
  • If you die or leave the Holyland, the Blood Bible drops on the ground and can be picked up by anyone.

How to Join

  • You need a war ticket to enter. It is applied from the war interface when the event is open.
  • Players who applied are warped to their castle the moment the war begins.
  • Don’t have a ticket? You will be expelled from the Holyland.
  • The Holyland is a free PK area: tendency is not affected by kills inside it.
  • Castle safe zones are released during the war. NPCs keep working, but the symbol stone in front of the castles stops.

Battlefield Rules

  • A special mark appears above the head of the character carrying a Blood Bible.
  • One character can carry only one Blood Bible.
  • Click the enemy sacred shelf to remove its protection — the bible falls to the ground and can be picked up, moved or enshrined.
  • Waypoints and relics east and west of the Holyland can only be used when you are not carrying sacred items.
  • Fast-move skills cannot be used on any bridge in the Holyland during the war.
  • A Blood Bible cannot be carried into the castle underground dungeons.
